Hello, I’m Jayne Fraser.

I’m a coach, meditation teacher, Reiki Master and holistic practitioner. My work brings together practical support, intuitive healing and a love of nature, with room for curiosity and a little magic.

I enjoy getting to know the person in front of me and finding out what matters to you. That connection shapes the way I work, from a coaching conversation to a healing session or guided journey.
