Kamala Blossom Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply when you book or purchase services, training, memberships, events, retreats, digital content or gift vouchers from Kamala Blossom.
Kamala Blossom is operated by Jayne Fraser. By making a booking or purchase, you agree to the terms that apply to that service. Any additional information or agreement supplied for a particular service also forms part of your booking terms.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
1. Bookings and payment
Bookings are confirmed once any payment required at the time of booking has been received, unless I have agreed otherwise with you in writing.
Individual treatments and appointments are normally paid for in full at the time of booking. Courses, workshops, memberships, retreats and coaching may have different payment arrangements, which will be clearly explained when the service is offered.
Where a payment plan is agreed, payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Please contact me as early as possible if you are experiencing genuine difficulty meeting an upcoming payment deadline. Where I am able to do so, I am happy to discuss whether an alternative arrangement can be agreed. Any alternative arrangement must be agreed with me in advance and is considered on an individual basis.
2. Treatments and individual appointments
Individual treatments are paid for in full at the time of booking.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment starts, you will receive a full refund. If you prefer to reschedule, your full payment will transfer to your new appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation charge of 50% of the appointment price applies, and the remaining 50% will be refunded. For Cerridwen’s Cauldron, The Ancestor Thread and EFT appointments, the cancellation charge is £60 instead of 50%. The remainder of your payment will be refunded.
If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a charge of 50% of the appointment price applies for the appointment you are moving. The remaining 50% of your payment will transfer to your new appointment. The balance for the new appointment is payable to confirm your booking. For Cerridwen’s Cauldron, The Ancestor Thread and EFT appointments, the rescheduling charge is £60 instead of 50%. The remainder of your payment will transfer to your new appointment, with the balance payable to confirm the new booking.
If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted me beforehand, the full payment will normally be retained as the charge for the missed appointment. A new appointment requires a new booking and payment.
I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In cases of genuine illness, emergency or exceptional circumstances, I may waive or reduce the charge at my discretion. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss your situation.
Any charge will be limited to the loss reasonably incurred. I will reduce it where I can refill the appointment or otherwise reduce that loss.
If I need to cancel your appointment, you can choose a full refund or transfer your payment to a new appointment.
These arrangements do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Specialist and signature treatments
Some specialist or signature experiences may require a consultation or suitability questionnaire and may include optional elements such as touch, cacao, energy work, meditation or ritual. Any relevant choices, contraindications or consent requirements will be discussed with you before or during the experience.
You may decline optional elements or change your mind about consent during a treatment. Where appropriate, an alternative will be offered. No particular emotional, physical, spiritual or other outcome is guaranteed.
3. Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative process. I will provide professional support, reflection, challenge and appropriate practices, but your progress also depends on your own engagement, choices and actions. Coaching does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, financial or business outcome.
Coaching is normally paid for in advance unless a payment plan has been specifically agreed.
If a separate coaching agreement is provided, that agreement also forms part of the terms of your coaching service.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a coaching session. Where less notice is given, the session may be treated as used unless I agree otherwise. If you do not attend a scheduled session without contacting me, the session may be treated as a no-show and may be lost. Any cancellation of a longer coaching package will be considered fairly according to the work and sessions already provided, commitments already made and any statutory rights that apply.
4. Workshops and classes
Classes and workshops are normally paid for in full at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel your place, please give as much notice as possible.
If you cancel at least seven days before the workshop, you may receive a refund or, where available, transfer your booking to another suitable workshop.
If you cancel less than seven days before the workshop, any refund will take into account reasonable costs and losses already incurred in preparing for your place. This may include materials purchased or prepared specifically for the workshop, printed resources and other costs that cannot reasonably be recovered.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the workshop, a refund will not normally be available. By this stage, materials and resources will usually have been prepared and there may be little or no opportunity to offer the place to somebody else.
If you do not attend and have not contacted me to cancel, your booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be due, subject to your statutory rights.
Where a cancelled place can be filled by another participant, I will take this into account when determining any refund due.
Workbooks, materials and other resources provided as part of a workshop are included for participants attending the workshop. If your booking is cancelled and refunded, these materials will not normally be supplied separately.
I understand that unexpected circumstances sometimes arise, and I may make an exception to these cancellation arrangements where I consider it appropriate.
If I need to cancel a workshop, I will offer an alternative date where appropriate or refund the amount you have paid.
5. Reiki training
Reiki training is normally paid for in full when you book. The format, dates, content and any prerequisites will be clearly stated for the course being offered.
If you cancel at least 14 days before the course begins, you may request a refund or, where available, transfer to a future suitable course.
If you cancel less than 14 days before the course begins, a cash refund may not be available where costs or commitments have already been incurred. Where appropriate, I may offer a transfer to a future suitable course or Kamala Blossom credit. Any credit offered under these circumstances will normally be valid for 12 months.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the course start, a cash refund will not normally be available. Any transfer or credit will depend on the circumstances, costs already incurred and whether a suitable future course is available.
If you miss the first session of a multi-session course without cancelling the course, your booking does not automatically disappear and you remain booked onto the remaining scheduled sessions. Catch-up arrangements, where appropriate, will depend on the course structure and circumstances and are not guaranteed as private replacement sessions.
If you begin a course and later withdraw, any refund due will take into account the teaching, materials, attunements and other elements already provided, costs and commitments already incurred, and whether the place can reasonably be filled. Depending on the stage reached, this may mean that no refund is due. Missed scheduled sessions while you remain enrolled are not individually refundable where the training remains available to you.
Some Reiki courses have prerequisites. These will be stated when the course is offered and you are responsible for ensuring that you meet them. Evidence of previous training may be requested where appropriate.
Certificates are issued following satisfactory completion of the relevant training. This includes completing the required course content, demonstrating an appropriate understanding of the material and, where applicable, demonstrating the practical skills required to carry out a Reiki treatment safely and appropriately.
If I need to cancel or discontinue a course, I will offer an appropriate alternative where possible or provide a fair refund for any part of the training that I am unable to provide.
6. Retreats
Each retreat has its own price, booking deposit and payment dates. These will be clearly stated when bookings open.
The booking deposit secures your place. If you cancel, the deposit may be retained, subject to your statutory rights and the requirement that any amount retained is fair and reflects reasonable losses.
Retreat payment schedules are based on the overall booking period for that retreat rather than the date on which each person books. By the halfway point between the date bookings first open and the date the retreat begins, at least 40% of the total retreat price must have been paid, including the booking deposit. If you book after that milestone, enough must be paid at booking to bring your total payment to at least 40%.
The full balance is due 28 days before the retreat begins. If you book within 28 days of the retreat, the full price is due at booking. Between these milestones, instalment amounts and frequency can be flexible provided the required totals are reached by the relevant deadlines.
I understand that circumstances can sometimes change. If you are experiencing genuine difficulty meeting an upcoming payment deadline, please contact me as early as possible. Where I am able to do so, I am happy to discuss whether an alternative payment arrangement can be agreed. Any alternative arrangement must be agreed with me in advance and is considered on an individual basis.
If a payment deadline is missed and no alternative arrangement has been agreed, I reserve the right to release your retreat place in accordance with the cancellation terms.
If you need to cancel, let me know as soon as possible. The amount that can be refunded will depend on how close cancellation is and any costs or commitments already incurred in providing your place. The booking deposit and reasonable non-recoverable costs may be retained. If your place can be filled by another person, this will be taken into account.
If I cancel a retreat and cannot offer a suitable alternative, I will refund payments made directly to Kamala Blossom. I cannot normally reimburse independent travel, accommodation or other arrangements you have made separately, so appropriate travel or cancellation insurance is recommended where relevant.
7. Whisper & Wild membership
Whisper & Wild offers an online course with app and members’ community access, alongside a separate in-person circle membership.
The online course provides 12 months of access from the date your membership begins. The standard pay-in-full price is £111. The introductory founding price is £97 when you choose Pay in full and use code Launch16 at checkout, available until 31 December 2026. Alternatively, you may choose three monthly payments of £40, totalling £120. These instalments pay for the same 12-month course access; they are not a rolling monthly membership. The online course purchase does not renew automatically.
Online course enrolment and payment take place through Replicants. After purchase, follow the welcome lesson, Enter Whisper & Wild, to create your separate app account using the same email address as your purchase. I personally approve app access once payment is confirmed, usually within a couple of hours; please allow extra time when I am with clients or outside working hours. Creating an app account alone does not provide paid access.
The in-person circle membership is £20 per month and includes the app and members’ community. Its recurring payment arrangement is separate from the online course purchase.
New meditations and resources are added regularly throughout the year, usually following the in-person gatherings. The programme includes planned seasonal breaks and there may occasionally be a week when a new meditation or resource is not added.
In-person gatherings are normally held on Thursdays during the scheduled programme. Dates and planned seasonal breaks are shared with members in advance. If an in-person member cannot attend a scheduled gathering, the membership continues as normal and an individual missed gathering does not normally create a refund or credit.
Occasionally, illness, work commitments or other unforeseen circumstances may mean that a gathering needs to be rearranged or cancelled, or that a planned app update is delayed. I will give members as much notice as I reasonably can. An occasional change or delay does not automatically create a right to a refund. If there is a significant interruption to the service, I will make an appropriate arrangement, which may include replacement sessions, credit, a temporary membership adjustment or a proportionate refund depending on the circumstances.
You can cancel the recurring in-person circle membership at any time. Your membership and included app access will continue until the end of your current paid membership period, after which no further membership payments will be taken.
The online course is a 12-month purchase. Choosing three instalments does not make it cancellable as a rolling monthly subscription. Any cancellation or refund request is subject to the statutory rights and digital content provisions in sections 8 and 9.
Where available, you may ask to change between membership options. Any change will be confirmed before it takes effect.
Community spaces
Whisper & Wild may include access to community spaces or group chats. Members are asked to communicate respectfully and to use these spaces for their intended purpose. Unsolicited advertising, repeated promotion or other unrelated promotional content should not be posted unless I have specifically invited members to share it. From time to time, designated opportunities may be provided for members to share their own events, services or projects.
I reserve the right to remove inappropriate or unrelated content and, where necessary, restrict access to community spaces where these guidelines are repeatedly disregarded.
8. Digital content and app access
Access to apps, recordings, downloads and other digital resources is for your personal use unless I expressly state otherwise. You must not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, share login details or make the material available to others without permission.
Digital services depend on technology and third-party platforms. I will take reasonable steps to maintain access to content included in an active service, but occasional maintenance, technical problems or platform changes may affect availability.
Where the law gives you a cancellation right for digital content or services purchased online, you will be given the relevant information at the point of purchase. If you ask for digital content or a digital service to begin during a statutory cancellation period, I may ask you to expressly request this and acknowledge how it may affect your cancellation rights.
9. Online and distance bookings
If you enter into a contract with Kamala Blossom online, by telephone or by another distance method, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days depending on the type of service and the circumstances.
Where you ask for a service to begin during an applicable 14-day cancellation period, you may be asked to expressly request an early start. If you later cancel within that period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied. Where a service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following the required request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may end.
Some contracts and fixed-date activities may be subject to different statutory rules. Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation or refund right given to you by law.
10. Health, suitability and personal responsibility
Holistic treatments, meditation, coaching, Reiki and related services are intended to support wellbeing and personal development. They do not replace appropriate medical, psychological or other professional healthcare.
I do not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental health conditions and I do not guarantee particular results.
You are responsible for giving accurate and relevant information about your health and circumstances where this may affect the suitability or safe delivery of a service. This may include medication, pregnancy, allergies, sensitivities, injuries or other relevant conditions. I may adapt, postpone or decline a service where I reasonably believe this is appropriate for your wellbeing or safety.
You remain responsible for your own choices and decisions following any treatment, coaching, meditation, training or other service.
11. Children and young people
I may work with children and young people where the service is appropriate for their age, needs and circumstances.
For younger children, consent from a parent or legal guardian will be required. For older young people, consent and involvement will be considered according to their age and understanding, the nature of the service, and relevant professional, safeguarding and legal requirements.
I reserve the right to require the involvement or consent of a parent or guardian where I consider this appropriate for the young person's wellbeing or safety.
12. Confidentiality and safeguarding
Personal information shared during individual treatments, coaching or other private work will be treated confidentially. Confidentiality may need to be broken where required by law, where there is a safeguarding concern, or where I reasonably believe there is a serious risk of harm.
Group settings cannot provide the same level of confidentiality as one-to-one work. Participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and not share another person's personal disclosures outside the group.
Further information about how personal information is collected, used and stored is provided in the Kamala Blossom Privacy Policy.
13. Testimonials, photographs and stories
I will not use your testimonial, name, photograph, video, personal story or other identifiable material for promotional purposes without your permission.
Where permission has been given, you may contact me if you later want to discuss or withdraw that permission. Withdrawal cannot always undo material that has already been lawfully published or distributed, but I will stop future use where reasonably possible and legally required.
14. Gift vouchers
Unless otherwise stated when purchased, Kamala Blossom gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person. They are not normally exchangeable for cash and an unused voucher will normally expire at the end of its validity period, subject to your statutory rights.
The person using the voucher remains subject to any booking, cancellation, suitability or service-specific terms that apply to the appointment or experience booked.
15. Changes or cancellations by Kamala Blossom
Sometimes I may need to change a date, time, venue, practitioner arrangement, programme detail or other aspect of a service because of illness, circumstances outside my control, safety considerations or another genuine reason.
I will give as much notice as I reasonably can and will try to offer a suitable alternative where appropriate. If I cancel a service and cannot provide a suitable alternative, you will be entitled to an appropriate refund of the amount paid directly to Kamala Blossom for the service I am unable to provide.
Minor changes that do not materially alter the service do not normally create a right to cancel without charge, but your statutory rights remain unaffected.
16. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the written materials, recordings, meditations, exercises, course content, workshop resources, treatment concepts and other original materials supplied by Kamala Blossom remain the intellectual property of Jayne Fraser/Kamala Blossom or the relevant rights holder.
They are supplied for your personal use and must not be copied, reproduced, taught, adapted for commercial use, distributed, published or sold without permission, except where the law allows otherwise.
17. Complaints
If you are unhappy with a service or believe something has gone wrong, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible so that I have an opportunity to understand the issue and try to resolve it fairly.
Nothing in this complaints process limits any consumer rights or other legal remedies available to you.
18. Liability and consumer rights
I will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
I am not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for losses caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.
19. Changes to these terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to services, business practices or legal requirements. The terms that applied when you made a particular booking or purchase will continue to govern that booking unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with you.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protections or rights you may have to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction where applicable.
